The July Bonus



Please be informed, the letter sets out the criteria which entitles a pensioner to a bonus payment, this bonus is conditioned the income including the Australian Pension, if the income supersedes the amount of 9114,89 euro annually then the pensioner is not entitled to the bonus , however in some instances it does get paid even if the receiver is not entitled to it, however INPS will deduct the bonus payment from the pensioner pension through instalments over a 4 month period.

From the first of February 2012 INPS will be using the Citi Bank group of banks to pay the Italian pensioners; the Citi Group has over 200 million clients in 160 countries.

Why the change
Inps has selected the service of the Citi group to pay its clients as Citi is a worldwide leader in the delivery of financial services across the world, Citi Bank  guarantees efficient and punctual service to all its clients ,

Will I be able to photo Copy the Life Certification Document

The answer is no

All forms are personalised and cannot be altered nor photocopied, if you have misplaced the Form you need to personally contact Citi Bank INPS pensioners section.

Where do I send the completed Form?

All completed Forms are to be sent to PO BOX 69957 London E14 1UNJ United Kingdom.

When do I have to send the Form?

To effectuate your payment expeditiously Citi need your completed Form as soon as possible, it will be in the interest of the Pensioner to post out the form as soon as it received.

The document needs certification

Who can certify the Form?

The following authorities are acceptable for this purpose:

  • The Italian Consulate / the Italian Embassy
  • A Judge
  • Magistrate
  • Justice of the Peace
  • Public Notary
  • Councillor
  • State or Federal  MP

Can my pension be paid in a joint Account?

Seek Consensus of the other account holder

Only if the other person declares through written documentation that the person receiving the Italian pension is allowed to use the account for the purpose of depositing the pension payment, this document must be received by the bank before the 15th of December 2011.

Do I have to visit a Citi Office in my State

The answer is, there is no reason for you to contact a Citi Bank Office.

Dear Readers, some of the payment that were to arrive at the end of June have not been received , currently my office is investigating the cause of the delays , as soon as possible we will communicate on this blog to give you an explanation .

Terrorised by the Latest  (ICBPI)  LETTER  Please read the following
PENSIONERS MOST POST OFFICEs ARE WESTERN UNION AGENTS


Dear readers of recent pensioners have received or about to receive a document from (ICBPI) that states that the institution (INPS) and its affiliates don’t have your bank details or your life certificate, please disregard this.



All you have to do is present the document that you have received to your nearest Post Office with a photographic Identification and they will pay your pension in cash over the counter in Australian Dollars.



I also make you aware that some pensioners especially widows their maiden Surname also appears on the letter, please point out to the post office that in Italy both married and maiden surnames appear in documents, however no official document in Australia includes both surnames , therefore the Post Office should except a document that has the Married surname of the person who presents the document.



Because of this abnormality the Post Offices which are acting on behalf of WESTERN UNION should make an exception to the rule. All Australians are aware that Australia uses in its entire document the married person Surname.

RE: (ICBPI)

Some clients are receiving a letter from the Istituto Centrale Della Banche Popolari (ICBPI) this document claims that the receiver of the document allegedly has cashed payments of a deceased person, this indicates that the person receiving a survivors pension may have received a benefit that the interested party was not entitled too.

If you have received such a Document you would need to prove that :

1, you have not cashed the cheque , or received such a payment through a bank transfer.

2, Proof of payment , if you have paid it back.

Such as copy of a bank cheque , or when the interested party received the riversibilita statement that would show a deduction of the outstanding amounts of the deceased.

If you cannot prove that the debit has been paid the receiver of such document is libel for that debit.

You may call on our Office for a verbal explanation.

Articolo 10

Further you will soon receive Articolo 10 which is a statement of payment on the front of the document it gives the details of the receiver of the document and at the bottom it gives a total figure of the annual amount paid on the reverse side it highlights how that amount is made up.

Declaration of Income : Mod RED

This is now an annual procedure that involves you to declare your income which includes your Australian Pension or any other form of income must be declared to the Italian Pension System INPS, failing to do this may cause a variation to your pension payments, to avoid this we urge you to come to our office with the document so that we can communicate to INPS the relevant data.

Dear Reader ,

Please be informed

having examined the documents its has come to my attention that all those who received the 14th bonus on the June payment of 2008 , were not entitled to this payment , INPS is now deducting the amount 0f 336 euro over 4 payments periods.

How do you know if you have received the 14th payment ? as the July bonus payment is added onto the June regular payment

You need to deduct 336 euro from your June payment this would give you the amount of your regular INPS payment.

For example if your normal payment was 87 euro monthly and in June 2010 you received the sum of 428 euro this amount includes the 14th payment of 336 euro , if you deduct 424 euro from 336 euro the result is of 87 euro which equates the normal payment.

So INPS will now deduct the sum of 84 euro from the regular monthly payment till the 336 euro over paid in June 2008 is extinguished.

Next year INPS will deduct the 2009 bonus in the same manner, resulting that over the following 4 months period commencing from august of that year a reduction of 84 euro per month until the amount of 336 euro is extinguished.

However some may not have received this bonus due to the condition stipulated on the INPS communiqué of the 14th of July 2010.This document has on the top right-hand corner the following:

At the bottom of this document it has;

N.B. Nel caso in cui il suo reddito personale sia di poco superiore al limite stabilito, la soma aggiuntiva sara proporzionalmente ridotta.

Per esempio se il reddito e di 9.200 euro, con un`anzianità contributiva fino a 15 anni, la somma aggiuntiva sarà pari a 124,92 euro complessivi (8.988.92 +336 – 9200.00 euro)

Declaration of Pensioner Income for 2009

Please be informed , commencing from the first of march this year Pensioners will be receiving Form from Inps asking the you to declare your income, what you will be required to do is the following:

• Seek from Centrelink ; the Annual payments received ( January to December of Each Year)

• Your Annual bank Interest received

• Rental Income

• Super payments

• Identification Document

If the Pensioner is not able to attend , the attendee must have the Pensioner permission to act on their behalf : Power of Attorney would suffice.

Article 10

INPS will be sending all Pensioners the annual payment statement that is called Article 10

Centrelink requires that all recipients furbish a copy of the document to your nearest Centrelink Office , further we recommend that a copy should be Given to our Office as part of our record keeping.
